A New Wave designed by Laura Bilde and Linnea Ek Blæhr has just been named winner and thus readers' favorite in the category Textile at Danish interior magazines Bo Bedre and Boligmagasinet's award show. So, another super well-deserved award for our unique sustainable collection crafted from regenerated and regenerable ECONYL® yarns.
A New Wave interprets the untouched Danish West coast in three design stories and comes in seven natural and dustry tones inspired by the colour palette of the seaside.

Glue from broken car windows is the main ingredient in our latest step towards a more sustainable production. We have chosen to replace the latex-based glue in 13 carpet collections with a more sustainable alternative.
The new glue is made of laminate-film from broken car windows, which would otherwise have ended up at waste dumps.

Lovely design news! Eco Structure has been nominated for Green Idea of the Year in leading Danish magazines’ BO BEDRE and Bolig Magasinet's Design Awards 2022.
The award goes to an initiative, product or person who, with innovation and consideration, helps to make everyday life more sustainable. And since this is precisely our ambition and constant benchmark, we’re proud and humbled by both this nomination and our unique collaboration with Margrethe Odgaard.

Inspired by the beauty of natural minerals Danish textile designer and colour alchemist Margrethe Odgaard continuously explores the interaction between colours, materials, light and space. Margrethe focuses on the colours’ different competences and to help you make use of what colours have to offer, she has developed 56 ever-relevant floor surface colours.
The 56 colours are offered in the Eco Compact, Pro, Rustic (including Rustic carpet tiles) and Structure wall-to-wall collections that are all part of Ege Carpets’ Eco concept.
